Safe payment and delivery

Safe payment

At Bella Lunga we work with a certified payment provider Ogone. Ogone makes sure all your information and payments are transacted safely so the money gets transferred to our account in a correct way. All information you have to give to fulfil the payment stays invisible to us. We never have access to your payment information. We provide the next payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.  Very easy and 100% safe. You can also choose money transfer. This method takes more time but is still completely safe.


Delivery

Your order delivery is executed by Bpost. The fee for shipments across Belgium equals € 7. During special campaigns it is possible the costumer doesn’t has to pay shipment costs, only if it is stated clearly on the webshop or via mailing. The shipment fee for orders abroad Belgium = The Netherlands = 9€, Luxembourg = 9€, France = 13€ , Germany = 10€ and United Kingdom =  13€.

It is also possible to collect your order in Kortrijk. you will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up.

1.        General conditions

The general conditions are detirminated by Carrein Nancy. VAT number: BE0629.703.115, in business under the name of Bella Lunga. By completing the purchase and the payment, the customer automatically gives his agreement on these general conditions. At all times, Nancy Carrein has the right to change these conditions and the customer bears the responsibility to check the changes.
Questions and remarks need to be communicated via info@bellalunga.be.


2.        Prices

Prices will not be raised during the online offering, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer introduces temporary price rises. All prices are with reservation of write and type errors. All prices are in Euro and include 21%VAT.


3.        Safe online payment

Bella Lunga uses safe online payment environment and has Ogone as certified partner. Ogone executes the customers’ payment safely, without us seeing any payment information. Bella Lunga offers the possibility to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and the traditional way via money transfer After receiving the bank transfer the order is prepared for shipping and delivery.

Bella Lunga is not responsible for any kind of delay concerning that matter nor responsible for any cancelled payments. If any problems during the payment occur, contact your bank office or Bella Lunga via mail info@bellalunga.be .

There can also be paid with gift vouchers.


4.        Shipment and delivery

   4.1 Shipment

After the transaction of the payment is completed and the money is transferred to our account, the package is carefully wrapped in sustainable materials. Afterwards they are shipped with Bpost who take care of a safe and secure delivery.

The customer is responsible for giving the correct address. Bella Lunga is not held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to an incorrect address. The customer carries all the additional costs that come with the re-delivery of the package to the correct address. We only start shipping when the costs are transferred to our bank account.

In Belgium the delivery period is  3 to 5 workdays, foreign deliveries can take up to 14 workdays. Due to circumstances as strikes, weather conditions and others, it is possible that the package is delayed. Bella Lunga cannot be held responsible for any kind of delay and therefore does not need to compensate this delay.

Bella Lunga makes sure the packages are fully protected. Due to force majeure damages to the package can occur. The customer needs to writes us and  indicate this damage within 24 hours after the delivery. After 24 hours it is assumed the customer agrees with the state the package is in. Bella Lunga cannot be held responsible for any damages to the package after it has left our warehouse.

   4.2 Picking up the package yourself

You can pickup your order yourself in de shop. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your parcel is ready.

5.        Returns

   5.1.   Exchanges

Bella Lunga offers the possibility to exchange the purchased goods within 14 days. After 14 days the permission to exchange the goods is declined.

The conditions for exchange are:

  • The client sends an E-mail to info@bellabunga.be and mentions the order number and which article needs to be exchanged. The client also mentions if the package will be returned in the shop or if the package will be sent via Bpost
  • The client delivers the good back to Bella Lunga (Doorniksestraat 12, 8500 Kortrijk) himself or via postal services.
  • When sending via postal services, the goods need to be packed with ultimate care in a firm waterproof box, well closed. It is advised to use the original box. In its original state, free of defects or damage.
  • The manucatering label inside the clothing or goods may not be removed.
  • If the goods get damaged along the way, this is the full responsibility of the client and therefore Bella Lunga cannot be held responsible for compensating the price of the package. Goods may not show signes of utilization.
  • The sales receipt as proof of purchase needs to be added.
  • One should exchange the clothes for the same amount of purchase or a higher amount, at extra cost at Bella Lunga.

   5.2.   Right of withdrawal

Such as articles VI 47 of the code of economic law, the consumer shall have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason to free of charge.

Each online purchase can be revoked within 14 calendar days will be notified in writing to fashion. This can be done by the standard form completed to Bella Lunga.

If the customer chooses the package within a period of 14 calendar days to send it back by mail the customer shall bear the risk and the cost of postage. It is advisable to pay an extra surcharge to ensure the package.

The customer will be refunded by bank transfer. Bella Lunga is mandatory to the value of the package to repay within 30 calendar days, when the package is delivered back in original condition without damage. If the customer chooses to be paid back by bank transfer is mainly that the customer's account number (IBAN and BIC code no.) passes.

If the damage resulting from the shipment or lose clothing one can no longer count on a compensation.

6.        Reservations

The costumer can also have the freedom to reserve items via the webshop/store. To the reservation is no purchase obligation connected. The booking will only be accepted when the item is actually available in the stock of the specified shop, after which the customer receive a booking confirmation is by e-mail. The reserved item (s) are set aside for 24 hours after sending the confirmation held in the selected coin fashion shop. At the time of booking is just a payment in the chosen store possible.

The reservation can be refused by Bella Lunga in the event of suspect malice, and/or commercial purposes. Bella Lunga would suffer damage by malicious place orders, this retains the right to ask for compensation.

  

7.       Gift Vouchers

You can order an online coupon via our webshop. During the purchase one has the possibility to indicate he has a coupon and can then enter a unique code. Afterwards the value of the coupon is deducted from the total price of the order.


8.        Images and written texts

Bella Lunga tries to share a clear and truthful image of the goods we sell. Small inconsistencies may occur but Bella Lunga cannot be held responsible.


9.     Data management

When an account on the Bella Lunga webshop is created, all the given information will be added to the customer database. Bella Lunga respects the law of Customer Registration and will under no circumstances give information to third parties.
Bella Lunga respects the privacy of the users of the webshop and insures confidential treatment of the personal information.


10.     Complaints

Bij eventuele klachten kunt u steeds contact opnemen met Bella Lunga via info@bellalunga.be. We streven ernaar om binnen een redelijke termijn uw klacht te behandelen.


In case of eventuele complaints you can contact Bella Lunga via info@bellalunga.be. We strive to tread your complaint within a reasonably time limit.


11.     Practiced law

If any dispute occurs, the Belgian law will be applied. The dispute will be presented to an accomplished judge in Kortrijk.
